I would definitely recommend this property. It was a spacious apartment and the apartment block felt very luxurious with exceptional facilities. Dealing with the host was top notch and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks Maria

Super nice building! The gym is actually much nicer than on the pictures. Appartment is ok. It’s managed by a company that probably manages many other apartments. It looks nice on the pictures, but they don’t put much attention to details. The furniture are very low quality. I noticed I’m not the first one pointing in the review that the sofa isn’t comfortable. It’s honestly terrible to sit on. I was sitting on the ground more often. There is a fancy smart TV tho, which I haven’t turned on. There is a desk suitable for work, it’s very small. Office chair is very comfortable tho! Kitchen is well equipped, but I had to buy a proper knife to be able to cut something. It’s not the owners fault but be aware there is 3 or 4 loud constructions around the building (march 2026). Pack earplugs if you want to sleep longer as they start around 7am.

Прекрасная квартира, в прекрасном месте (квартал от Shopping del Sol). Здание стоит на оживленной дороге, рядом несколько строек, но прекрасные стеклопакеты полностью отсекают уличный шум. Такое нечасто можно встретить в Латинской Америке. Если в будущем потребуется еще приехать в Asuncion, обязательно остановлюсь здесь.
